New Gym at Langstone Park
We are delighted to announce that ActiveHealth Fitness have re-opened their brand-new facility within B4000 at Langstone Park. The new gym, which includes a sauna, steam, and mindfulness room, is now within the Hub building as part of our central park amenity alongside the café, meeting rooms, showers and change facilities.

Phase 1 Construction Update
Construction on Phase 1 is progressing well with steel framework being delivered to site over the next two weeks. It will see 117,000 sq.ft of industrial, R&D, logistics space delivered in Q4 2022. In a market with a very constrained supply of prime stock, we look forward to delivering these BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ units to the market.
