Phase 1 Construction Update
Construction on Phase 1 is progressing well with steel framework being delivered to site over the next two weeks. It will see 117,000 sq.ft of industrial, R&D, logistics space delivered in Q4 2022. In a market with a very constrained supply of prime stock, we look forward to delivering these BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ units to the market.
Langstone Park Photographic Competition – Havant and South Downs College (HSDC)
As Langstone Park is being revived with significant investment and building developments, Landlords XLB reached out to the community and commissioned local college, HSDC, to produce some ‘artwork’ that represents the local area and surrounds of Havant. Martyn Baldock, heading up the photography department, ran the competition for his students and had a fantastic response with over 50 photos capturing the essence and uniqueness of the local environment.
Demolition of bays 4 and 5 complete at Building 1000
XLB have recently completed the demolition of 70,000 sq ft of outdated and uneconomical accommodation to pave the way for the next phase of development on the park.
Phase 1 planning now approved for 4 industrial units
Phase one of a wider masterplan includes 4 new industrial/warehouse units from 20,100–40,224 sq ft, with a target BREEAM rating of 'Excellent'.
