XLB & AIMCo have completed the first phase of the redevelopment of Langstone Park, delivering 122,000 sq. ft of best-in-class business space to the South Coast. The development, spread across four units ranging from 20,000 – 40,000 sq. ft provides the most sustainable space to be developed along the A27/ M27 corridor. The units have achieved EPC A+, generating more energy from renewable sources than is consumed within the units on an annual basis. The units have also been accredited with BREEAM Excellent, evidencing the quality of the building and materials used in the process.
Throughout the development process, we have sought to implement the principles of the circular economy by re-using materials from previous demolition projects, thus reducing the carbon impact of the new buildings.
Unit 2 has been let to a global biotechnology company on a 10 year term, and Unit 3 is currently under offer to a leading manufacturer.
