Following the successful development and letting of Phase 1, another milestone has been reached on the park, considered one of the leading industrial / R&D parks on the south coast.
Phase 2 has delivered another 100,000 sq. ft across three units adjacent to Phase 1. Unit 7 has been pre-let to Fugro GB Ltd, who has relocated from Portsmouth, and will occupy later in 2026.
Fugro join a strong line up of leading biotech, electronics, life safety, defence and agri-pharma occupiers. All attracted to the park with its rich amenity offer which includes a café, gym, meeting rooms, business lounge and 24/7 on site security team.
Phase 3 will see a further 50,000 sq ft be developed on the park to support the continued growth in the R&D and defence requirements along the A27/M27 corridor. Target commencement on site is Q1 2027.
